high competence and specialisation. It is clear that who has this
kind of skills cannot look at different needs. Faber can be ascribed

following all “front end” aspects: usability, look&feel,
communication strategy. Thus, Faber is a sort of mediator between
applicative and communicative aspects, to enhance process efficacy
and improve the relationship with the user.
